Plenty of pace from the outset with Beam and Machine Gun leading the charge. BEAM (9) raced on the speed and kept going to score by a head last time out over 1400m at this track. Enjoys a drop in grade so he is sure to be there at the business end. ENUMA ELISH (2) was a most impressive winner last time over 1400m at this track, scoring by 4 lengths. Is going okay this campaign, recording two wins and five minor placings from 10 starts. Sure to run well. JUGGERNAUT (5) finished fifth two runs back at this track then improved last time out to score by 2.5 lengths after being prominent at the bend over 1400m at this track. Meeting a deeper field this time but he is up to the challenge. ROUGE AMALIA (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1400m at this track, beaten 2.75 lengths into fourth. Better than recent efforts suggest.
