Consistent performer last prep whose most recent appearance resulted in a third over 1200m at this track. Rates highly and a bold showing is expected. RONALD DUCK (7) ran fourth at his latest appearance over 1200m at this track, clocking in 2.75 lengths from the winner. Will be hard to beat. BRIGHT MARINE (8) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at this track. Couldn't follow that up last time out when fifth over 1200m at this track, beaten 4 lengths after being in the firing line on the bend. Finds a suitable race and can return to winning ways. TYCANTHUNDER (3) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 28 lengths away in tenth over 1200m at this track. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
