Dunquin should find the front with Zealands Princess and Just Joan on his heels. DUNQUIN (6) raced on the speed but was just found wanting in the closing stages when third last start over 1400m at Scone. Pops back into an easier maiden today and reverting to 1200m is a positive. Ready to break through at start four. FINED FOR SPEEDING (2) was ridden cold then wound up late to finish fourth when resuming over this distance at Scone last time out. Progressive four-year-old who will sit back again but is capable of a big finish. WHITTELLO SUN (8) revved up late to grab third when resuming over 1000m at Scone recently. Failed over this trip in December but it was at the end of the prep. This looks an ideal assignment. DEKKA'S LATEST (5) returns from a nine-month spell for new trainer David Hatch. Contested a Listed race at Flemington at his last run so the previous stable held him in high regard. Watch the betting carefully. Speedy mare JUST JOAN (10) generally leads for home but can't finish things off. Trifectas and first fours. SUGGESTED PLAY: Dunquin to win.
