Only a small field with Redwinelover likely to find a comfortable lead. SMASHING ACTION (4) has been far from disgraced in stronger grades recently but will appreciate the easier assignment. Boasts a strong record over this trip and only needs to hold her form to be in the finish. REDWINELOVER (5) is racing well, finishing third last time when shooting for four on the bounce. Has the pace to settle in the leading division and is an obvious threat. CHIPSON (1) returns short of a preferred trip but has his share of ability and shouldn't be as far off the pace with a small field engaged. Can definitely play a major role. MINE ALL MINE (3) was no match for an impressive winner at Bendigo at the latest but still did a good job to take care of the rest. Will improve from that and deserves following up. SUGGESTED PLAY: Smashing Action to win.
