Yukaina and Wingsandpropellers should set a strong gallop. YUKAINA (2) looks very clearly the one to beat. He's unbeaten in both starts to date, dominant in fast time at Colac on debut, heavilly supported to win in a Class 1 in town when last seen. He's been given a freshen since then, draws to kick up and hold the front and fancy he's just too good. ODESSA (9) resumed with an even run in a good race at Cranbourne, right in the market on that occasion. She's better than that, look for sharp improvement. SOUTHERN CRESCENT (7) s racing well, scoring two back at Pakenham before finishing a head from the winner in second last time over 1100m at Caulfield Heath. She can bounce straight back to winning ways. MISS MAHJONG (5) resumes having won two on the bounce before a spell at Ballarat Synthetic. Respecting fresh. WINGSANDPROPELLERS (3) won well fresh and is in the mix. SUGGESTED PLAY: Keen on Yukaina.
