Pace strong with Brutal Eyes and It Is To Be leading with Spiritualistic nearby. ME ME (10) improving mare who can return to winning form in this easier grade. Stuck on gamely with a respectable seventh over 1400m at Kembla Grange in the Provincial Mid Champs at latest. Maps well and should prove too sharp for these. WILD SENSATION (15) relished the rise in trip with a gritty on-pace third over 1400m at Goulburn in this grade. On the quick back-up and shapes as the main danger. SPIRITUALISTIC (14) surprised at the good odds first-up with a tidy fourth over 1300m at Kembla Grange. Gets an even better run today and clearly strengthened up over the break. BRUTAL EYES (8) racing in a rich vein of form this prep and deserves her chance at this level. Pulled out plenty in the soft (7) conditions to salute over 1300m at Goulburn with the 61kg. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. KIRKUK (3) consistent gelding who was no match for the progressive Cuban Cigar when second over 1300m at Kembla Grange. Fitter now and keep safe with the claim. SUGGESTED PLAY: Me Me can return to winning form in this grade.
