Solid tempo with several going forward headed by Sports Legend. AURORA PATCH (11) was far too good over 1200m at Sha Tin last time out, scoring by 1.5L after sitting close to the speed as an odds-on pop. His last run suggested he has more to give and he drops 6.5kg for the rise in grade. Maps for a similar run this time and if he handles the Valley, he can win again. DANCING CLASSICS (8) got the job done over this course and distance last start after jumping the race favourite here 18 days ago. He drops in weight for the rise in grade and looks a progressive type on the rise. Can land in a similar position this time and bring up back-to-back wins. BRAVE STAR (1) has disappointed his past couple, but that may be by design as he drops back in grade today. He draws the inside and the form out of his past couple of races has been superb. Ho knows him well and a return to his best form will see him hard to beat. LUCKY PLANET (10) improved last start and carries no weight after the claim of Wong. Will give them something to catch.
