Good pressure from the outset with G T Reina, Fer A Cheval and Shaman's Cave taking up the running over G T Noble and Lord Alliance. G T REINA (6) is in top form, most recently recording a win by 6 lengths to make it two in succession at this track and trip. Has a superb record here at the journey with three wins and a placing from four tries. Leading chance. SHAMAN'S CAVE (7) is another in fine form with two wins on end, the most recent an effortless 6 length victory over 1300m at this track three weeks ago. Should be poised just off the lead. Could strike again. LORD ALLIANCE (10) was midfield last time out when in the market. That followed a good second the run before. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he cannot be ruled out. LEGEND (2) was beaten 4 lengths into seventh over 1200m at Funabashi last time out. Has changed yards since and has recorded two wins and a placing in three tries at this course and distance. Capable of featuring prominently.
