Plenty of pace from Illicit Dreams, Miss Miranda and I'munstoppable vying for the lead, with a few others keeping them honest. EXPRESS COUP (4) has been holding her form strongly, and she revels in wet ground. Her course starts are good from limited opportunities here, and with the aid of the pole position, she will be hard to hold out. LEEDOX (10) was put aside after a poor run at Gore in the spring. This ex-Hong Kong trained gelding has been given more time to acclimatise to his new surroundings, and his fresh up effort last prep was full of merit. Follow any market moves. ANNIA AURELIA (9) resumed from a long spell last spring at Riccarton and caught the eye with a bold fifth at Riccarton before being sent for another spell. She may have had some unreported issues, but she looked in good condition when close up in a recent trial, and with Tina Comignaghi in the saddle, she has to be respected fresh up. Each way. LOMBARDI (3) resumes after more than a year off the scene, He win fresh up the last time he was tried, and he is worthy of respect fresh. LA BELLA NERA (6) is more than capable of a top 4 finish. SUGGESTED PLAY: Express Coup is the one to beat, but respect the market moves around Leedox.
