WEEKEND MARKET (11) has improved at each appearance this prep, the latest a narrow defeat over 1100m at Hawkesbury in heavy going. Very fit and needs 1200m at this stage of the campaign. COLD GIN (10) has disappointed at her last couple of runs but the addition of blinkers may spark a revival. FIMISTON (2) First-starter for the Gerald Ryan & Sterling Alexiou stable.
