Long time since a win but getting close over the jumps and expected to go close fresh. ALVIA (2) was unplaced first-up two starts back in a maiden steeplechase (2910m) at Kyoto. Improved and finished second last time, beaten 1.3 lengths, in a maiden steeplechase (2890m) at Niigata. Take beating. SEIFU SATSUKI (3) returns after three months in the paddock. Kicked off the last prep with a solid second in a 2860m maiden steeplechase at Kokura, beaten 1.3 lengths. Capable and looks a top-three chance. LORD ALL RIGHT (5) was out of the money last time out when he finished fifth on his jumps debut in a maiden steeplechase (2890m) at Niigata. Worth including with that last run under the belt.
