Reasonable tempo with Ichibansan probably leading but a few others should keep him honest. CARASHAN CHLOE (2) was in a different class last time, registering a dominant win over 1750m at Hawker to make it two in a row. Hard to knock and should go well again. FIGO THE GREAT (3) settled well back then picked up well in the straight to finish midfield over the mile at Morphettville eight days ago. Tackles a longer journey this time and should enjoy the drop in grade. Main danger. ICHIBANSAN (1) never got involved fresh when too bad to be true after being sent out favourite. Has a good record here and can improve sharply on the quick back-up. FOX DUNNETT (6) was a dominant winner earlier this prep at Streaky Bay abut hasn't quite been able to go on with it despite market support. Steps back out in trip now which should suit. LITTLE OUTLAW (7) has been mixing his form but does have peaks that can measure up. Yet to be tested at this trip but he gets in light at the weights and is one for the exotics. SUGGESTED PLAY: Carashan Chloe can win again.
