Pace only fair with Tirage rolling to the lead ahead of Himekamino Megami and Montsaint Il Vento. AQUARIDS (8) has been out of the money so far this campaign but those results have come against much stronger opposition at JRA level. Getting down in the weights now. Better placed in this easier assignment and has strong claims. HIMEKAMINO MEGAMI (2) made it back-to-back wins when successful last start over 1400m at Morioka Dirt, getting home by a nose. Winning rider Hidetoshi Abe retains the mount. Nicely placed to get the job done again. VIVA MOON (10) showed good early speed from the inside draw last time out, leading for home before finding one better over 1600m at Morioka Dirt. Winner prior. Can give a bold sight again. DAISEN ROUGE (6) produced a better run last start when fifth over 1500m at Funabashi. Well placed and can figure in the finish.
