Former Victorian EYE OF THE EAGLE (3) is having his first run for the new stable but should find this assignment easier than what he faced down south. Tuned up for this with two recent trials and any push in betting must be respected. STANISLAUS (4) has a solid record over this six-furlong journey only missing a drum once in five starts. Shapes as one to consider. BEWS (1) was a touch disappointing last time out but the form prior was good enough for a race of this nature. Worth another chance. YOSHINO (5) is a first-up winner in the past and won his latest trial coming in. This looks to shape nicely for him fresh and he can return on a positive note. SUGGESTED PLAY: Eye Of The Eagle gets the nod.
