Not much early pressure but Rose Noir, Deep Secret and Kaytee Wisdom can take up forward spots. WORTHY ENUFF (11) got in the final stride to score on debut by a nose at Warwick just over a fortnight ago. He cops a tougher gate this time but has the scope to make his presence felt again. Stick with him. KERNEL BOOM (14) had been improving with each run back from a spell before landing the prize at Rockhampton nearly 2 weeks ago. He would relish a wet track, and from the perfect inside draw with conditions to suit, he can double up. ROSE NOIR (3) is a very consistent mare who is worth including in all bets. MISTER MAURICE (2) is resuming from a long spell and is worth considering if there is any money for him. HEROIC CHIEF (1) was runner-up here when resuming from a spell nearly 3 weeks ago and is nicely placed to go one better with the aid of a 3kg claim. SUGGESTED PLAY: Worthy Enuff each-way.
