Strong tempo with Hamilton, Cosmo Serbet and Bene Spira going forward ahead of Live Baffy and Santo Monarca. HAMILTON (11) has been freshened since being narrowly beaten last time, finishing second over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt. Racing very well and looks poised to finally break the ice. SANTO MONARCA (8) is yet to break through after six career starts. Could only manage to finish seventh last time out over 1800m at Kyoto Dirt following a minor placing at Hanshin Dirt when fresh from a spell the run prior. Likely to be about the money. BENE SPIRA (5) resumes from a spell of ten weeks. Opened the maiden campaign with a second over 1600m at Tokyo Dirt. Leading player on that effort. COSMO SERBET (4) finished seventh two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 1700m at Fukushima Dirt, beaten only 1.75 lengths. Heading the right way so anticipating another big run.
