Anticipating a strong tempo with plenty of speed engaged. HIDDEN MELODY (6) will strip fitter second up after finishing third in a higher class fresh up at Toowoomba 2 weeks ago. She has been placed in both of her starts on this track, and she is good enough to take this out. ZATANNA (5) showed pace fresh up as favourite at Gatton 18 days ago and faded out after being challenged at the top of the straight. She will improve quickly with that run under her belt, and with the aid of a 3kg claim, she can make amends. Follow your money. I AM VOODOO (1) loves the poly track here and put the writing on the wall when finishing second by a short head on the Sunshine Coast poly track 6 days ago. He deserves his huge top weight, but a 3kg claim will help, and he is always an each-way chance on this surface. FAST FUSION (4) has the talent and will be a lot stronger this year as a lightly tried 5-year-old gelding. A good draw will help, and he is not out of this. ZOUTHUR (3) has been holding his form and has no trouble with a poly surface. Each way. SUGGESTED PLAY: Zatanna each way.
