Good pace headed by Bamyan Buddha, Le Ferrari and I Catchem Fox, with Snoopy Now and Nicajon close by. SNOOPY NOW (6) went amiss last start when hitting the deck in the LR John Letts Cup but has been freshened with 39 days and can bounce back sharply. His win two back at headquarters suggested he was right back to his best and provided there’s no lingering mental scarring he can get the job done. LE FERRARI (3) is yet to strike through this prep but should be peaking now and gets his chance to break a long run of outs. The booking of Toeroek adds confidence and he’s sure to be very competitive. TYPHOON HARMONY (4) hasn’t fired in two runs back but has been freshened with a month and kept up to task with a Pakenham jumpout. A serious hope if he can return to form. I CATCHEM FOX (7) proved too sharp in front last start. This is tougher but he can give another bold sight. KOMACHI (5) was also a last-start winner and deserves respect.
