Wanna Have Fun, Elizabeth Buddy and Fine Blade will set a good tempo despite the small field. WANNA HAVE FUN (3) used the rails draw to good effect last start, bouncing straight to the lead and scoring an all-the-way win over 1400m at this track. Masashige Honda who has two wins when partnering stays on. Bold showing expected. LUGALBANDA (7) broke through for his maiden win over 1400m at this circuit last time, scoring comfortably. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Shaping up nicely and he cannot be discounted. ELIZABETH BUDDY (2) showed good early muster and fought on to finish second last start over 1400m here. Must raise the bar but she has the talent to test this line-up. G T GRAND (1) closed off strongly last start to get up for second, beaten 1.3 lengths, over 1400m at this venue. Among the main hopes.
