Pace looks to be genuine with Enniscrone and Falstaffian matching motors in advance of Hydrothermal and No No No No No. NO NO NO NO NO (4) was heavily-supported when a $1.50 fav last start at Werribee and while seemingly having his chance, he wasn't beaten far. That was an improved effort on the debut and with that further experience, he gets the chance to go one better here, especially with the blinkers going on. Another wearing blinkers for the first time is FALSTAFFIAN (2), who didn't do a great deal to inspire confidence in three runs in the debut prep but has put together two impressive jumpouts of late. He's gone forward in each, so he might give a sight on-speed. HYDROTHERMAL (8) started fav on debut and while beaten 3.3 lengths, it was by a horse who ran 4th in a G1 in Adelaide last Saturday, so it might be a handy maiden. Fitter now, extra trip suits and gets Linda Meech. Bit of a gap to the rest, the best of whom might be THE MAILER (5), who should be ready to fire after three runs back and REEL RAIDER (6) who can improve out in trip. SUGGESTED PLAY:No No No No No to win.
