Reasonable tempo with Hey Bella probably leading but a few others should keep her honest. HEY BELLA (8) is in flying form. She's won two of her past three, coming away to win a similar race here when given a good ride on speed. She should land in a handy spot again and can repeat the dose. SHIDAN (3) is another in great form and looks well placed to go again. Both wins have come over 1400m here at Pakenham, battling through the heavy ground best to score narrowly last time. Some query going onto a good track where he's 0/5 but on recent form he has to go in. TORN (5) can mix his form, struggling in a messy race in town last time having placed there prior. He's right up to this on his best. LIM'S SMYTHE (4) is another mixing his form but this looks a fair bit easier than last time in a BM70 when kept safe in betting. Look for improvement. GARNACHO (7) should be ready to peak third up and is in the mix. SUGGESTED PLAY: Hey Bella to win.
