Plenty of runners but a dawdling affair is on the cards. SHADOW HAWK (9) was outclassed at Oakbank in a stronger race and was fair last start over the mile off a freshen. Back out to his preferred trip now and back to a more suitable grade of race. Tootell has options from the barrier and he can bounce back in a big way. UNITED LEGEND (2) was just fair on Monday at Strathalbyn and is on the quick turnaround here today. Should be well placed off the inside barrier and his best form stacks right up here. Can bounce back to his best and make his presence felt. JACKSON RUN (10) is better than he's shown his past couple and comes through the same race as United Legend earlier this week. Carries no weight here again and won't be far away. BUSH INFERENCE (7) is better than he showed last time out and was food here two back. Can't be discounted. WHATSANAMEGEORGE (3) is next best. SUGGESTED PLAY: Siding with Shadow Hawk.
