LONGING FOR YOU (11) is a progressive three-year-old filly who resumes from a break of four months, her last appearance being a win over 1600m at this track. Has scored first-up from a spell before. Kiwamu Ogino who has scored on her two times retains the mount. Should be in the finish. SEVEN MEISTER (3) did a great job to score by a nose over this course and distance when first-up from a break last start. Finds a tougher race but another big run is on the cards. SMART SPEAR (5) met with solid support when resuming last start over 1800m at Niigata Dirt when eighth, beaten 2 lengths. Back in trip and worth another chance. MIDAS (10) resumes today after filling a minor placing at his only appearance last prep at Nakayama Dirt over 1800m on March 8. Will be handy despite the tricky draw. Should give backers a sight.
