Moderate tempo with Mina De Oro leading the way and a few others keeping in touch. AUFHEBEN (10) is ready to win after she just missed last time, beaten a neck into second over 1600m at Tokyo after being in contention all the way. Looks well placed this line-up so expect another big run. TERRA MERITA (3) lines up for the first time since March 22. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 1600m at Chukyo. Capable of playing a major role. CHANNEL TUNNEL (4) started at $7.80 last time and ran below expectations, finishing ninth and beaten 5.5 lengths at Tokyo over 1600m. Has started three times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. SEVEN MAGICIAN (12) returned from a spell four weeks ago when he was beaten 1.4 lengths into fourth over 1600m at Kyoto. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time.
