Solid tempo anticipated with Hokulea taking charge. HOKULEA (10) has switched yards since finishing 13th six weeks ago over 1000m at Niigata. Sure to take beating. JET BREAK (4) resumes from a spell of seven months and is having his first outing under new trainer Kurakane Ikuyasu. Finished eighth at Urawa over 1500m at the opening run last time in work. One of the better hopes despite the layoff. BRICK BARN (11) could only manage fifth two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1400m at this track, beaten only a head after being in contention on the corner. Looks well placed so expect another big run. PETAL BIJOU (3) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when seventh over 1400m at this track. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
