Good speed from Vitamin Drop booting up on the inside the other on-pacers Luxon Light and Lightning Rod. ECORO SERENA (9) recorded another minor placing last time out, finishing 1.5 lengths away in third over 1200m at Niigata Dirt when she was handy all the way. Nicely placed to take this out. LUXON LIGHT (7) returned from a spell three weeks ago when he was in contention on the bend before being beaten 6 lengths into fourth over 1300m at Tokyo Dirt. Likely improver with strong prospects. CERASITE (8) is building towards her maiden success, the latest effort a solid fourth over 1400m at Kyoto Dirt, beaten 5.5 lengths. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. VITAMIN DROP (1) did little and finished 5.5 lengths from the winner in seventh over 1200m at Nakayama Dirt last start after being in the firing line on the bend, a less impressive effort than his fourth on debut at Nakayama Dirt the run before. Worth another chance.
