Without much in the way of early speed it might be left to Pequena Gold to take charge. SILENT LEGACY (7) has hit the line nicely in his two runs back and should be hitting his straps now third-up. The 1400m looks perfect for him and looks clearly the one to beat. WINNING ALL ROUND (8) is a Zousain gelding on debut for the Bain & Taylor partnership. Has come along nicely in her two trials and is drawn favourably. Can make a bright start. ALPINE LEE (10) got too far back here when resuming but warmed up nicely late. Better for that and should relish the extra 200m from a kinder draw. Can give this a big shake. Similar story for PAGANINI (3) who finished alongside Alpine Lee. Has had more chances than AL, so that's the slight lean. SUGGESTED PLAY: Silent Legacy looks tough to beat.
