Captain Love should be able to comfortably find the front. CAPTAIN LOVE (4) finds the maiden win elusive but it certainly hasn't been without trying. Has returned in strong order this prep, turning in two strong efforts of late in this grade. Is drawn to advantage and gets Holder. Ready. VALUED (3) continues to savage the line and won't be bothered stepping back out to this sort of distance. If he's close enough at the turn he will prove very tough to hold out. LANDMARK ALLEY (1) clearly went amiss last time at Oakbank but had been good in his two runs prior. Backs up quickly and is worth another chance. BORCHARD (2) was much better last time at Penola when shedding his maiden tag. The rise in trip proved the trick and with confidence he can keep the ball rolling. THE PUNK ROCKER (7) is knocking on the door and is worth safekeeping on the quick turnaround. SUGGESTED PLAY: Siding with Captain Love. Saving on Valued.
