Pace strong with Maythisbetheone and Valid Point leading with Ceyone nearby. BONDITRAM (4) resumed in solid order at Ascot over 1000m beaten 1.3L. Went back second-up and spiked his figures missing by a nose over 1200m. He will be fitter again, and today he benefits from a 3kg claim. Rates to go one better. BOUTIQUE BELLE (11) resumed at Ascot over 1000m and finished just behind the above. Raced favourite again at the track following and was swamped from the speed stepping up quickly to 1400m. Has an awkward gate, but the top hoop is reunited and switching back to a shorter sprint she is worth another chance. MAYTHISBETHEONE (9) is a leader heading in the right direction. Has been freshened off a narrow defeat over 1000m at Bunbury as a $2.70 favourite. Will run along and give a big sight. BLUE MOZART (6) resumed in a no metro win over 100m at Ascot and needed the pouting. Has Chris Parnham is aboard today, and despite the awkward gate, quick improvement is likely. SUGGESTED PLAY: Bonditram appeals most.
