Mille Feuille should have enough pace to lead a low-pressure contest. BANGKOK HOTTIE (1) was handed a big task on debut last start but handled it well, closing late to finish less than three lengths behind Blue Door in the Group 3 Kindergarten at Randwick. Up in trip and facing a massive class drop so there is a lot to like about her prospects. MILLE FEUILLE (2) raced handy and didn't shirk the task when runner-up on debut last time out over 900m at Newcastle. Bred to want a bit of ground so another 300m today is a positive move. VICTORIOUS RULER (6) was friendless in betting on debut but did well to finish third in a group chasing the smart stablemate Reachin' Out at the Kensington track recently. Will settle close from gate one and is going to be tough to hold out. First starter CAPITAL ILLUSION (3) is by Capitalist from a Fastnet Rock mare who has produced three winners from as many foals. Easily won her latest trial which is a promising sign. Debutante YOUR COLOUR (8) for Waller/McDonald placed in her latest trial and should give a good account. SUGGESTED PLAY: Keen on Bangkok Hottie.
