Strong tempo with Northern Fire Ball and Cloud Nine leading the way over Next Fortune. CLOUD NINE (9) showed plenty of promise in his debut campaign before going for a short break following his latest effort 73 days ago. His trials since have been very impressive and Ferraris has been with him all the way through. Can return on a winning note. NORTHERN FIRE BALL (2) disappointed last start when dropping back in distance, finishing well back after some solid performances at this track and trip prior. He can take up the running from a favourable alley and a return to his best form would see him hard to hold out. PRESTIGE HALL (11) has been flying home in recent efforts, finishing 1.3L off the winner last start with Purton in the saddle. Still looking for his maiden win, but he's showing promising signs and he's expected to be coming home with a wet sail once again. TEAM TEAM FOLKS (4) got the job done narrowly last start and can build on that performance.
