CANDY TOWN (6) was always forward and boxed on to finish second over 1000m at Durbanville last time. Form here at this trip is sound. Has a high cruising speed. Best form puts her right in this. NORTH POINT (5) is a distance specialist who was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1100m at this track, beaten 2 lengths into eighth. Has the talent to figure prominently. FLYING FINLEY (4) scored at this track last time out with a head in reserve at the end of 1000m. Has three wins here. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Should be involved in the finish. ELUSIVE WINTER (8) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 1000m at Durbanville, beaten only 1.2 lengths. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake.
