Genuine pace with Malabar taking up the running ahead of Commanding Artist and Sir Loyne. SIR LOYNE (3) solid return first-up with a tough on-pace second over 1400m at Kembla Grange. Raced keenly in the early stages with a tiring fifth over 1625m at Wyong. Can take the sit today and prove hard to hold out. LANG PARK (6) tough county-trained gelding who can keep the winning momentum going in this stronger contest. Shouldered the 58.5kg from the wide gate when he swooped late to score a soft win over 1400m at Wagga. Only 53kg to carry today and has genuine top three claims. COMMANDING ARTIST (2) has come back a more accomplished gelding this prep and hard to ignore in this vein of form. Back in trip with a gritty second over 1400m at Kembla Grange.
