Masashige Honda who has two wins when partnering stays on. Sure to play a big role. DERMA NEKODAMASHI (2) didn't do a bad job when second last start after being prominent at the turn over 1200m at this track, beaten 1.5 lengths. That followed a win at Urawa the start prior. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time. ZEN SOLEIL (1) ran fourth at her latest appearance over 1400m at Urawa, finishing 2 lengths from the winner. One of the better chances.
