Plenty of first starters engaged which makes it tricky to map, but we can assume a genuine tempo. ACE QUEEN SUITED (6) resumed in a Saturday race where she was very impressive, storming home to finish 2L off the winner. This is much easier today and the rise to 1200m looks ideal. The inside draw should see her closer in the run and she looks the one to beat. ARABIAN CHARM (9) is on debut today and has shown enough at the trials to suggest she can run well on debut. Pike wasn't on board for her trials, but he takes the ride for her debut and she creates interest. BELLA ROCCIA (10) is another debutant who has shown enough at the trials. CJP hops on board today after not trialling her coming in but everything points to a forward showing. THUNDER ISLE (4) won his latest trial and looks to have improved sharply with the blinkers going on for that trial. Can put his best foot forward. CARRIGANE BOY (1) is next best back in grade today. SUGGESTED PLAY: Ace Queen Suited looks the one to beat.
