FIVE RINGS (4) came from last to score an impressive win last start over 1540m on the Gold Coast poly. Form prior to that on turf was okay when in the right race. Confidence restored and the numbers say he is good enough to take this out. MASTER ARTIST (6) last raced on 24 April when he dominated over 1400m at this track in heavy conditions. Won't find this any harder. Appreciated being ridden more aggressively on the last occasion and he is capable of going back-to-back. RUBOLOGY (1) struggled first-up in a BM64 at Newcastle. Best form comes at this trip and he is down in grade today. Can bounce back although untried in heavy going. Veteran SEETHING CHUCK (9) showed he still has a zest for racing when a barnstorming second first-up over 1305m at Tuncurry. Handles the conditions and drops 4.5kgs in this tougher race. Good wet tracker who must be included. VERMEER (5) could sneak into the top four despite 80 days between runs. SUGGESTED PLAY: Five Rings can get the job done again.
