MOFEED (5) last raced on 4 May when a moderate fourth over 1100m at Ipswich, his first run in almost six weeks. Has raced twice on heavy tracks and filled a placing on each occasion. Looks the one to beat from an inside stall with Nick Heywood going on. FLYING SHELLY (9) returns from a 101-day spell under new trainer Sally Taylor. Good fresh performer who has trialled well since coming south. No surprise to see her make an immediate impact. BARCELONA EXPRESS (10) led and tried hard only to find a couple better on a heavy track over this course and distance two starts back. Subsequently failed over 1400m at Inverell but back in his favoured scenario today he looms as a serious contender. JEWELS STATEMENT (8) had her first run on a heavy track last time out and did a good job to hold on for third over 1106m at Port Macquarie. Very fit and drops 4kgs. Sure to be thereabouts. The in-form LOVE RAT (2) relishes heavy going and has a fine record at today's journey. SUGGESTED PLAY: Mofeed each-way.
