Genuine tempo with Samaka leading the way. YATTAZOU (11) returned a strong figure first-up over today's distance at Canterbury. Pushed out to 1300m here four weeks ago and failed to run on. Freshened up to come back to a more suitable trip and looks good enough to take care of this field. SAMAKA (6) has been to the races twice, leading for the judge on each occasion only to be relegated to the minor prizes over trips a bit longer than this. Hasn't raced for six weeks but did win a tick-over trial on 15 May. Will be tough to catch. UNLEASH HARRY (8) last appeared when a close third on debut over this trip at Hawkesbury ten weeks ago. Recent Randwick trial winner who looks set for better things this time in work. KLOCKE (13) is a half-brother to Group 1 placegetter Quintessa on debut for the Waller camp. Recent trial winner who looks ready to run. APPIN OPAL (9) had no luck on debut back in April and hasn't been produced since. Set to make a bright return judging by a dominant trial win at Rosehill on 11 May. SUGGESTED PLAY: Yattazou to bounce back and score.
