G T SPICA (10) ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 1400m at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Toru Takeyoshi gets the best out of this five-year-old mare. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. ASTAEQUUS (4) missed the frame last start over 1400m at this track when sixth. Well placed to make amends.
