Rosie's Hero and Summoned Lou should set a strong tempo. Looks a good clash between one who brings handy race form and another who's been lighting up the jumpouts. UYUNI (11) is the one we've seen at the races before and she found only one better first-up at Werribee, which backed up some consistent form in the debut preparation. Draws to be considered the testing material. TURNING STAR (4) looks the pick of the first starters off three jumpout wins this preparation, the most impressive of which was the latest, so it'd be a surprise if he didn't show something here. BOLD AMORE (1) finished out of the money two starts back then he was never in contention and was beaten 2.75 lengths when fourth in a 1000m contest at Seymour a month ago. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. LIGHT UP THE CITY (13) is a 6yo mare with just one placing from 10 starts, but there was a lot to like about her jumpout win here on April 21. WAITAHA STAR (5) is another debutant, but is trained on the track, which is a positive. SUGGESTED PLAY: Main bet Uyuni, but might pay to save on Turning Star.
