Strong pace as Dianasaal pushes forward along with Flicker Jab from an outside gate. DIANASAAL (3) is having his first run since February 21. Goes very well when fresh - has not been out of the money in four first-up runs and did win over 1400m at Hanshin at the start of last prep. Leading contender. FLICKER JAB (12) last appeared when sixth over 1200m in the G3 Yukan Fuji Sho Ocean Stakes at Nakayama 11 weeks ago at the only appearance of that campaign. Kohei Matsuyama who has three wins when partnering stays on. Should be hard to stop back in this company. UNCLE CROSS (6) returns from a spell of four months and did win first-up last time in work over 1200m at this track. Capable of playing a major role. YANKEE BAROWS (13) finished seventh over 1400m in the G3 Hankyu Hai at Hanshin at his most recent appearance on February 21. Among the better hopes coming back in grade.
