Solid tempo with several going forward headed by Winter Storm. WINTER STORM (6) led all the way to score on debut over 1215m at Coffs Harbour five months ago and has not raced since. Has since been kept ticking over with a Coffs Harbour trial. Has plenty of upside and should go on with it. LENNYSTAR (5) was well found in the betting last time out but could only manage to finish seventh over 1260m at Ballina in a disappointing performance. Finds a nice race and can make amends. CHARLOTTE'S HERE (3) has put together back-to-back placings, the latest when third over 1150m at Gold Coast Poly. Has the ability to build on that encouraging effort last start. PINETO LAD (9) did a little better last start at the second run of the campaign, finishing fifth over 1310m at Ballina. Settles back early but winds up late. Will be doing his best work late. SUGGESTED PLAY: Winter Storm to resume a winner.
