BOURBON KING (5) turned in a sound effort last time but found one better at this track over 1600m, beaten 1.3 lengths. Yet to find winning form this prep but has been thereabouts with two placings from four starts. Expected to feature. MASTERONTHEMOON (7) has put together back to back minors, the latest when second over 2000m at this track. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Leading contender. SPARKLING SKY (8) finished seventh two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1600m at this track, beaten 2.25 lengths. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is capable of testing her rivals. ROYAL INFLUENCER (2) ran a better race last start to finish fifth over 1400m at this track, beaten 2.25 lengths. Tackles a longer journey this time around and can feature without surprising.
