Good early pressure anticipated with a large contingent of unraced runners. The babies kick us off. ZIA MARIA (7) did a fair job on debut last time out, finishing 1.3 lengths from the winner in fourth over 1200m at Ipswich. Can get off the mark this time. PROFITEUR'S FIL (1) wasn't far away on debut last start over 800m at Ipswich, finishing third and beaten a long neck. Open to sharp improvement and can play a role in the outcome. RUN LIKE A GIRL (5) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1110m at Doomben, beaten 4.5 lengths after being in contention on the turn. Won't find this as tough so she is a leading contender. ZOULINI (8) is a first-starter by Zousain out of Miss Milanese. Among the placings in recent Gold Coast trial. Keep very safe. SUGGESTED PLAY: Zia Maria to break the maiden status.
