WINE SNOB (8) has placed both runs this time in and gets a chance. Races close so drawn to stalk the leaders and should be ready for the longer journey now. TORPEDOES (6) wasn't far away here fresh and will strip much fitter. Low draw and will be winding up late. ARTFUL MAXIMUS (4) boxed on well when well fancied on debut to place then was third again over this trip last time. Tricky gate but looks close to getting off the mark. ELITE THUNDER (1) is building to a win, the latest runner-up at Gawler over slightly further. Could be over the odds from the tricky gate. GREEN SUMMER (15) is another drawn wide but has to be included. Close to the winner both starts to date and should be tough to stop. SUGGESTED PLAY: Stay with Wine Snob.
