Strong tempo primarily from Farindira, Just Maz and Kitty Okay over Scrumptious and Ahellbenda. A couple of last-start debut winners are of interest. FARINDIRA (1) for Waterhouse/Bott pinged the lids and they couldn't get near her over 1250m at Canterbury 12 days ago. Should adopt a similar role and despite a steadier of 61kgs will be hard to peg back. JUST MAZ (5) has been freshened up since her win at Canterbury on 23 January. Stalked the pace on that occasion then just did enough in the run home. Draws the fence and gets 2.5kgs off the top pick which could be telling. EYNESBURY (10) missed the start then ran into bother so his 3.8 length defeat by Farindira recently wasn't as bad as it looked. Enjoys a 4.5 kg weight shift today so despite being eligible for easier races he must be considered. SHOW BUSINESS (7) had a seven-week let-up before her modest effort at Wyong last start. Fitter and can improve sharply. The speedy SCRUMPTIOUS (3) is in form and if they decide to lead could run another cheeky race. SUGGESTED PLAY: Farindira on top but this is tough.
