No surprise if the debutants played a key role in the tempo of the race with little speed on paper. MOMENTSLIKETHESE (5) tumbles in grade off quinella placing at Stakes level behind the classy Aristopolos. He sets a decent standard for the newcomers. ZHAVRAFROST (6) and TAKE THE RISK (2) are likely the best of them. The former represents the sharp Trinder yard and she was beaten a short head in a recent Longford trial. Byrne Burke stays aboard from that and she's racking up plenty of winners. The latter missed by a similar margin in his Longford trial. Has as a 1.5kg claim and expect a bold run from him as well. BEWICKED (4) won a trial but didn't get warm bet $51 in Stakes grade on debut. She can be more competitive in this. SUGGESTED PLAY: Momentslikethese is sure to take beating.
