Genuine tempo from Il Bello Beals leading Loona Dawn. YAPPER (6) was very good on debut when finishing off strongly, beaten 2.9L over this course and distance. He had trialled well ahead of his debut and he should be better again now with the added experience. Finds a suitable race with improvement expected and can shed the maiden tag. SATIN BOW (8) is knocking on the door after returning in good order at Pinjarra. Both runs this time in have been very strong and she now comes back to Country level. Has the speed to offset the sticky barrier and can give a bold sight. LOONA DAWN (7) couldn't hold on when leading up the field over 1113m last start and steps back out to 1200m now. Should be handy from the draw and at her peak third-up into the campaign. Expecting her to be in the finish once again. DELTA LASS (10) won't be far away first-up. IL BELLO BEALS (1) can be in this for a long way with the added fitness under his belt. SUGGESTED PLAY: Yapper looks the one to beat.
