Expecting Avion to take up the lead at a genuine tempo. AVION (6) is a speedy filly who returned from a break with a win over 1600m at this track to make it two for three in her brief career. Has a high cruising speed and with a pull in the weights today she looks hard to toss again. ONE CALL AWAY (10) came from well back on the bend and hit the line strongly to score over 1400m at this track last time out. Very fit and poses the biggest threat to the favourite. SHONAN BALDR (7) is closing in on a win after two consecutive placings, the latest a second over 1800m at Kyoto. Looks tough to stop. RONDE BOSSE (5) finished third last time over 1400m at Kyoto, beaten 1.5 lengths. Goes up a rung or two but she is capable of running a bold race.
