Hot pace certain with Scooped, Trade Game and Nina's Comet keen to take up the running. GRAND MILLESIME (14) returns and makes her stable debut for the Clarken camp. Shoulders figures over the border that line up strongly for this and her two trials in readiness suggest she's going well. Expecting a bright start in the new colours. Her stablemate GLOUF (3) is a lightly raced gelding that was an eye-catcher on debut back in February. Hasn't been seen at any public trials but draws well and is expected to make his presence felt. STREET LEGAL (7) gave a bold sight here fresh but was run down late. Fitter now and should be able to spear across from the draw to give cheek. POWER DANCER (5) just missed as fav when resuming on the Parks track. Better with that run under the belt and is worth some thought. TORPEDOES (17) was well below his best last time and has since been freshened. Races best out in front, so expect them to hunt the front. SUGGESTED PLAY: Grand Millesime to win.
